[Posted Sunday, January 9, 2011, at 8:00 p.m.] The raffle of the Para-USA "GI Expert" 1911 .45 ACP pistol ended Saturday January 8, 2011, at the Manchester Gun Show. The drawing was done by Mrs. Frances Magie of Bedford, NH, representing Ducks Unlimited; the winner was Mr. Marty Russo of Franklin, NH, who attended the show on Sunday and picked up his prize.
The raffle of the Kel-Tec P-3AT .380 pistol also ended Saturday, with Mrs. Magie again drawing the winning ticket at the gun show. The winner was Mr. Billy Coffey of Andover, NH. (Note: Billy is on the PGNH staff as Executive Assistant. Be assured, however, that the drawings are fair and witnessed.) Billy will pick up his prize later.

We also began two new raffles this weekend. One is for a Taurus Protector Ultralight .38 +P 5-shot revolver with stainless-steel finish; the Protector series has a shrouded hammer that can be thumb-cocked. As with all Taurus handguns, it includes the Taurus Security System to lock the gun, with two keys provided. The raffle prize also includes a box of Federal Personal Protection 110-grain hydra-shok ammunition. This raffle has just 30 tickets printed, each selling for $20.
The other new raffle is for a Kel-Tec PF-9 9mm pistol. This very slim, lightweight pistol holds seven rounds of 9mm ammunition in its magazine, plus one in the chamber. One magazine has a flat base for concealment, but we are also including a second magazine with a finger rest (pictured). This raffle has just 40 tickets printed, each selling for $10.
