PGNH Publicity at the Liberty Forum, at the State House, and in the Union Leader

Posted March 11, 2009:  Attorney Evan Nappen, Pro-Gun New Hampshire Corporate Counsel, was a featured speaker at the Free State Project's 2009 Liberty Forum, hosted by the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua March 5-8.  Here he's pictured with two of the other speakers, Dick Heller (of last summer's Heller Supreme Court case) on the left, and Kenneth Royce (A.K.A. author Boston T. Party) in the center of the photo.  Nappen, shown at the right in the photo, gave the introduction to Dick Heller's keynote speech at the Liberty Forum.

On Wednesday, March 4, Evan spoke at the State House rally in favor of HCR 6, New Hampshire's state sovereignty bill, and was also quoted in the Union Leader on March 10, in a front page article titled "Anxious Time: More People Want Weapons": http://www.unionleader.com/article.aspx?headline=Anxious+time%3A+More+people+want+weapons&articleId=088f191a-49e8-4290-9ec1-70a6fd56b4fd

"There is also fear from the economic downturn, and over situations in which the need for one to defend one's self will arise, either from lack of funding for police, to civil unrest -- whatever is running through folk's minds, people want to be able to defend themselves -- and it happens to be at a point in time when all those fears are converging," Nappen said.
